Requirements for DPSA Chief Director Planning & Programmes Management :-

An appropriate SAQA recognized Bachelors Degree or Advanced Diploma or equivalent qualification (NQF level 7) relevant to the specific field plus a minimum of 5 years’ experience at a senior managerial level. The applicant must be competent in program management and possess strong people management skills. The applicant must have the working knowledge to manipulate technology gadgets and applicable information management systems, including GIS. In addition, the incumbent must have good verbal and written communication skills as well as knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and Supply Chain Management Framework. The ability to provide strategic leadership and to work under pressure will be a strong recommendation.
