Knowledge and understanding of the Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, Public Finance Management Act and National Health Act. Good communication (verbal and written), liaison, strategic capability and leadership, people management and empowerment, programme and project management, financial management, problem solving, analytical, planning, organization and computer skills (MS Office package. Ability to work independently and in a team. SMS pre-entry Certificate is required for appointment finalization.
