Requirements for DPSA Assistant Director Hrm Training And Development :-

An undergraduate qualification (NQF level 7) in LLB/Political Science/Social Science as recognized by SAQA; A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Social cohesion or Human Rights redress environment; Knowledge of the Constitution of South Africa, Public Financial Management Act and other government prescripts; knowledge of Promotion of National Unity and Reconciliation Act and the Reparations Regulations; Understanding of Human Rights development.
