Thorough knowledge and understanding of National Strategic Plan (NSP) for HIV, TB and STIs. Understanding of Public Finance Management Act, Treasury Regulations. Knowledge of the Code of Ethics for the profession. Knowledge and understanding of project and programme coordination. Sound knowledge of relevant Public Service policies and regulations. Planning and organising skills, effective communication skills, interpersonal skills, problem solving and negotiation skills, coordination, innovation, creativity and presentation skills.
