DMRE Policy and staff codes. Management skills- Planning, Leading, Organising and Controlling. Report writing and formulation. Good international relations. Analyses and interpretation of accidents statistics. Be able to recommend mining engineering solutions. Negotiation skills. Language proficiency. Computer skills, Thinking Demand: Analytical, Creativity, Strategic, Evaluation and Decision Making.
