Requirements for DPSA Supply Chain Management Practitioner :-

An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification); A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management. Recommendation: A valid code B (or higher) driving license. NB: People with disabilities that restrict driving abilities, but who have reasonable access to transport, may also apply. Competencies: Knowledge of the following: Policy development; Financial norms and standards (Public Finance Management Act-PFMA; National Treasury regulations (NTR’s), Provincial Treasury Directives/Instructions-PTI’s); General Conditions of the Contract; Contract Management Guidelines; Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act and PPPFA Regulations. BEE; Procurement activities; Procurement policies/procedures/contract management; Document management Enterprise Content Management (ECM), inclusive of registry services and policy and procedures governing these functions; Report writing. Skills in the following: planning and organising; Interpersonal skills; Numeracy; Analytical; Conflict Management; Literacy; Driving; Computer literacy; Written and verbal communication skills; Problem
